Bonny Bombons does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. In the unlikely event that your item is not as expected, please get in touch to discuss (firstname.lastname@example.org). If your item is damaged during transit, please reach out so this can be amended. If this is the case, Bonny Bombons will require photos of the arrived item’s packaging and damage to the order.
How do I care for my Bonny Bombons’ Cheese and Serving Boards?
- Do not place in the dishwasher
- Do not submerge in water
- To clean, wipe with a damp cloth
- Do not cut directly on the resin area (the resin area is for decorative purposes only)
- Do not place hot food or objects on the resin area.
Can I use my Bonny Bombons’ coasters with hot drinks?
Coasters can be used with hot drinks that have a touch of milk or cold water added to them. The resin used on the Bonny Bombons coaster range is heat resistant up to approximately 80°C.
How do I care for my Plant Pot?
All plant pots are intended for indoor use only. Please do not keep in direct sunlight or leave exposed to water. While the pots are all sealed multiple time, excess water may eventually cause damage to the designs.
Due to the nature of Bonny Bombons products, it is necessary to use packaging to keep your item protected during transit. To keep a minimal effect on our environment as possible, Bonny Bombons will whenever possible use recycled products for packaging. Your items however, will be wrapped nicely in Kraft paper.
How long until I receive my items?
Generally, custom made items will have a two week turnaround time for your item to be made (this excludes shipping times). This may change during busy periods such as the lead up to Christmas (i.e. October through to December). If you have a specific date that you will need your products by, please get in touch prior to ordering to ensure that this date can be met.
For ready to ship items, they will be posted within 1 to 3 business days of your order/payment.
Once your item has left our hands, we cannot be held responsible for any postage delays. All items are sent with tracking for a flat rate of $10. The postal service used may vary between Australia Post and other courier companies. There is the option to add signature on delivery as well as express post. Please note that Express Shipping is an upgrade to your shipping only, not the processing time or time needed to create a custom order. Express Post via Australia Post is also not currently a guaranteed service at this time due to COVID-19.
Do you offer local pick up?
A local pick up can be arranged for Gladstone Park, VIC, 3043. Please get in touch prior to placing your order so a local pick up code can be provided and a mutually convenient time can be arranged. Please note that if you fail to pick up your item at the arranged time, a refund will not be given. Instead you will be asked to pay the shipping fee to have your item sent to you.
Can I send my order as a gift?
At Bonny Bombons, we are more than happy to wrap your gift and send directly to the recipient.
What is the process for custom orders?
If you cannot see the product you are interested in on the website, please get in touch to discuss – Custom Orders are more than welcome!
Please note that custom orders are non refundable. No materials for a custom order will be purchased and no work begun until full payment has been made.
When placing a custom order, please be mindful of the advertised turnaround time. Please include as much information about colour requests and placement as possible.

Will the colours be the same as what I see on my screen?
Bonny Bombons goes to every effort to ensure that the photography on this website is an accurate display of the product. Colours may vary to what is displayed on screen due to many reasons such as screen lighting and resolution.
